How does the entire process work?
After you fill out and submit the medical review form, one of
our licensed U.S. physicians will determine if you are
eligible to benefit from the medication you have chosen.
Once your order is approved, it will be forwarded to the pharmacy for fulfillment. Once the pharmacy has received your prescription, it will be filled and shipped within two business days.
We will notify you only if there is a problem with your order. If you do not hear from us, you may assume that your order processed.

What are your shipping rates and policies?
Due to patient demand and our highly streamlined and automated
order system, we only ship via FedEx Two Day delivery at a flat rate
of $19.99 per order. Currently, we are unable to ship to P.O.
Boxes. An adult signature is required upon delivery.

How long will it take to receive my medication?
Generally, orders that are placed during the week will be shipped within 1-2 days (provided that we have the medication in stock). Out of stock items may take longer. Orders placed on weekends will be shipped Monday or Tuesday (if stock is available).
We do not process prescription orders on Sunday. If you place an order after 10:00 am Eastern Standard Time on Saturday, the order will most likely be reviewed by the physician and be sent to the pharmacy on Monday.

Is it legal to buy prescription medications online?
Yes. The prescription that is written for your medication
after your medical review form is approved comes from a
licensed U.S. physician and is then filled by a licensed U.S.
pharmacy. This practice is in accordance with FDA regulations
and perfectly legal.

Do I need a prior prescription to order medications here?
You do not need a prior prescription. One of our physicians
will issue the prescription for upon approval.

How do I place an order?
When you click an order link, you will be taken to our secure
server where you will set up your account. You will answer an
online questionnaire to provide information relevant to your
medical condition. Once you complete the questionnaire, submit
your order for processing.

How do you protect my privacy and security?
Rx-Drugs.cc is dedicated to patient privacy and security. All
information furnished is legally protected under
doctor-patient privilege laws.
Our on-line ordering system uses the latest in Secure
Encryption Technology. All personal and credit card
information is submitted with the highest level of security
and precautions. Our system also has safeguards in place to
protect against credit card fraud. Individuals attempting the
fraudulent use of a credit card will be reported.

What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel your order before it is reviewed by a physician
by sending an email to Customer Service.
Please remember to include your prescription order number with all communications.
If the order has not yet been approved by the physician, we will cancel your order.
You cannot cancel an order once the physician has approved it.
There are no refunds or exchanges of prescription medications due to Federal Law.

How do I place a refill?
To ensure that our physicians review your most up-to-date
information, we ask that you place a refill or re-order in the
same manner as you placed your first order. Start by selecting
your medication and clicking the respective order button.
